Faculty of Dentistry at King Abdulaziz University site visiting team to thee Medical university of south Carolina for the American Academic Accreditation

The Faculty of Dentistry Dean, Dr. Abdulghani bin Ibrahim Mira and the Vice Dean for clinical affairs Dr. Mamdouh bin Mohammad Karima has visited the united state of America as an inter national participants with the American commission on Dental Accreditation site visiting team to the Medical University of south Carolina on September 28-30,2010.

The site  visiting team was made up of a complete team from the American commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) and a group of experts in the end of the Dental Education. At the end of the site visit , Dr. Abdulghani bin Ibrahim Mira had delivered a memorable plake to the chairman of the Accreditation committee.

This site visit of the Faculty of Dentistry Dean and the vice Dean for clinical Affairs is considered as the first international visitors form outside the united states of American to participate in Accreditation of a Dental school inside the United states. in addition , the Faculty of  Dentistry at king Abdulziz University had obtained the approval of the American commission on Dental Accreditation to accredit the all faculty academic, clinical, research and administrative programs according to the American international standards in dentistry.
