Abstract : This study was carried out on 12 complete edentulous patients with no head and neck malignancies, receiving chemotherapy. They were classified into two groups: (A) and (B). For group (A), patients wore dentures after finishing chemotherapy regimen. The other group (B), received denture during the administration of chemotherapy program. Our results revealed that no significant change in denture foundation area and candidal quantitation.
