Administrative and financial affairs represent the
link between the college and other administrative and financial authorities
inside the university in particular and other authorities outside it in general.
The
administrative staff consist of:
1.
Administration Director:
His tasks are represented in helping the chairman
in applying and executing rules and regulations that contribute to conducting
work in the optimal way as well as in applying general policies, supervising the
college in the administrative and organizational aspects, representing the
college in administrative meetings, follow-up of work and organizing internal
work inside the college, charging employees with works that help the continuity
of work, communicating with other authorities inside and outside the university.
2.
Administrative Affairs:
Their tasks are focused on: follow-up of financial
affairs related to the college, teaching staff, employees and distinction
students, follow-up and auditing monthly payrolls, fulfilling financial
obligations assigned for the college, follow-up of payments due for all cases
including overtime and rewards.
3.
Administrative Communications:
They represent the mainstay of academic and
administrative work including: receiving, recording and distributing dealings to
related departments, recording letters issued from the college through the
unified administrative communication program in the university , recording and
distributing internal dealings between college dean office and other
departments.
4.
Passport Department:
This unit belongs to college administration. Its
main jobs are represented in: completing arrival and departure procedures of
contracted teaching staff and carrying out their measures in other government
departments.
